The Hot Shots

The Idea....

My three children all play sports, basketball included. We have a student-teacher basketball game at the middle school every year, and I thought it would be fun writing a humorous fiction story based upon the game.

So my kids were a great help (when then wanted to be) reading over my story to give me the right terms like cross over move.

I really enjoyed writing about kids this age - especially the characterizations and issues middle school age kids face. (The 'attitude' knows no bounds!)
